You can use the following link for this: Login using your email address and password. When your Mail homepage opens, click the gear icon in the top right corner.

Select options from the dropdown. Options page will be opened. You will see options in the left column.

Scroll down the page and click on the Blocked Senders option under the Junk Mail heading. Blocked Senders page will be opened. Type in the addresses of the users you do not want to receive mail. Click on the plus sign. Click on the save section at the top when this process is complete. Users will be blocked.
